World Sports Betting have come to the party in a big way as sponsors of South African racing and have taken the opportunity of the big Peermont Emperor’s Palace Charity Mile day at Turffontein on Saturday to offer more support and display their generosity.
Not only will they be sponsoring the listed R150 000 Java Handicap, which is the fourth race on the day, but they will be donating R50 000 to charity. The betting company will conduct a draw in the Aquanaut Room after the third race and the two charities drawn will receive a cheque for R25 000 each at the post-race interview of the World Sports Betting Java Handicap.
