7/10 MARK HAZE – WHERE ANGELS FEAR TO FLY (UNIVERSAL)

That is why Where Angels Fear To Fly sees him singing more than just rock music. When it comes to delicate lyrics, the title track delivers as Haze pours out his emotions, describing to the listener just how challenging his journey has been.

Out Of My Head is soft rock that combines elements of R&B in the way it tells a story of love, while managing to be macho through its heavy, guitar-led chorus.

Haze’s ability to excel on melodic tracks like opener Shake What Your Mama Gave You and Alone, plus the hardcore The Rabbit Hole,  demonstrates just how versatile he is. – SM
