Members of The Put Foot Rally will travel through Africa to collect more funds for the cause.

“There are two starting lines, one in Cape Town and another in Johannesburg. They will head off to checkpoints at Namibia’s Etosha Park, Zambia’s Victoria Falls, Zimbabawe’s Kariba Dam, Malawi’s Lake Malawi and Mozambique’s tropical paradise,”   said Daryn Hillhouse of The Put Foot Rally.

The crew will depart tomorrow and are expected to finish on July 6.

“The rally promises to be the catalyst that will lure you out of your comfort zone and take you on a journey of personal adventure and discovery,” Hillhouse added.

Mountainshak Adventures will be supporting the newly established Put Foot Rally.

The crew is expected to travel through six countries.

“They will pass six checkpoints in less than 17 days,” Hillhouse said.

According to Hillhouse, Put Footers will pass Senkobo Basic School in Livingstone Zambia to hand out new school shoes to pupils.

“The pride, hope and dignity in owning shoes along with the necessity of owning a complete school uniform is what keeps these children in school,” explained Hillhouse.
