The Citizen’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No employee of The Citizen, or any of it’s affiliated companies and/or  agencies, and members of their immediate families; nor members of the  sponsors of any competition, may enter the competition.

Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable.

Winner(s) will be notified telephonically.

Winner(s) names will be published in The Citizen.

Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 days of being notified, will be disposed  of at The Citizen’s discretion.

Readers that have won a competition within the last 30 days in The Citizen  newspaper are not eligible to enter.

Entrant’s information can be used for marketing purposes.

Neither The Citizen or any of it’s sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their  employees, accepts any liability for any:

*Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise,  which any of its employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the  running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes.

*Injuries, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or  participation in the competition.
Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the  immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
