1.      Cost per sms is R1.50 (Free and bundled SMSs do not apply)

2.      Errors will be charged

3.      Competition closes at midnight 22 June 2012

4.      Winner will be informed telephonically on Monday 25 June 2012

5.      Prizes are not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash.

6.      Neither The Citizen or any of it’s sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their  employees, accepts any liability for any:

      *Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, which             any of its employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of           the competition and the awarding of the prizes.

      *Injuries, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or             participation in the competition.

      Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the            immediate disqualification of the transgressor.

7.      The winner must hold a valid South African ID and must over the age of 18.

8.      Prizes are as follows:

1st Prize: Vodacom Durban July Experience

 

• Flights to and from Durban, plus all transfers in Durban for two

• Accommodation for Friday 6 July and Saturday 7 July and all meals.

• Hospitality at Greyville Racecourse in plush Classic Room on July day

• R2 000 free TAB bets

• R3 000 cash and R3 000 shopping vouchers so you can really look the part

• R2 000 free WIN/PLACE tote bet on horse of your choice in Durban July race

 

4 x Consolation Prizes:

·         Each consolation prize includes: lunch for 2 at the races at Turffontein on  July    day in the Aquanaut Room

·         R1 000 free TAB bets and R1 000 free TAB Win bet on horse of choice in the                                    Vodacom Durban July plus R1 000 cash

 

9.      Any expenses incurred by winner, other than the items listed above will be for the winner’s own account.
