The voice of the people has been a resounding “no” over e-tolling.

The finance minister was out of line to oppose the people in the Constitutional Court and notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, the Constitutional Court erred in its ruling on e-tolling.

It went against the core principle of democracy: the will of the people.
