The programme, which aims at reintegrating offenders back into society, is commendable,  especially the education part of it.

However, I’m disturbed and hurt when the victims of crime are left to fend and repair the damage for themselves.

In whose hands are the victims of heinous crimes left for counselling?

I hope that there will be similar programmes to assist the victims who are left with unhealed wounds.
