Slow bleeder

We all know the result of the latest announcement on the e-tolling saga, but I do not believe that the government for one moment took into account how Gautengers will be bled by the system.

The R2-a-litre levy for road upkeep, which  should be used for this purpose: where does this go?

Can anyone enlighten the general public on this? 

It’s time that the formula for the petrol price be made public and published each time there is an increase or decrease in price,  so we know what is happening.
