AUCOR’S vehicles division is gearing up for one of its busiest weeks ever next week as it prepares for  four auctions over four days on behalf of the SA Post Office, which has instructed the auction house to dispose of a wide range of de-fleeted vehicles.

Thanks to its national footprint, its ability to run large auctions consecutively and its thorough understanding of vehicle disposal, Aucor was able to meet all of the Post Office’s requirements for the sales.

The first auction takes place in Gauteng on Tuesday, June 19 at 10am at No 8, Rudo Nel Road, Jet Park where a selection of mechanical horses, trailers, forklifts and assorted vehicles must be sold.

This is to be followed by a sale the next day at 10.30am in Durban (venue still to be advised), where a range of fleet and commercial vehicles will be sold to interested bidders.

The next auction is on Thursday, June 21 in Bloemfontein where the hammer will fall on a range of horses, trailers, forklifts, vehicles, LDVs, cars, panel vans and bikes. The sale starts at 10.30am at 90 Fritz Stockenstrohm Street, East-End, Bloemfontein.

The final auction, on Friday, June 22 at 10.30am in Cape Town (Modderdam Road, Transnet Park, Bellville South) has mechanical horses, trailers, forklifts and a variety of vehicles on offer.

There are hundreds of vehicles on offer, for more details  log onto www.aucor.com for full listings and photographs, or call Aucor’s national call centre on 0861-282-846.
