WATCHES: Heavy swell with wave height in excess of 4m is expected between Cape Columbine and Port Alfred on Tuesdaay overnight, spreading northwards along the west coast on Wednesday reaching Luderitz while reaching East London along the east coast, persisting into Thursday.
