WATCHES:
Snowfalls are expected over the central and eastern high ground of the Western Cape on Thursday night, spreading to the southern and western mountains of the Eastern Cape and in the southeastern part of the Northern Cape on Friday.
Heavy falls of rain is expected over the eastern parts of the Overberg District, spreading to the south coast and Tsitsikama mountains from Friday afternoon, spreading to Port Alfred by Saturday.
ADVISORIES:
Heavy rain is expected to persist over the eastern parts of Overberg district, the Eden district as well as along the south coast and Tsitsikama mountains on Saturday.
Very cold conditions are expected to persist over the southwestern high ground of the Northern Cape, high ground of the Western Cape, southern Free State, interior of the Eastern Cape and Lesotho on Saturday.
Snowfalls are expected to persist over the central eastern high ground of the Western Cape, southern and eastern Free State, northern high ground of the Eastern Cape, southern Drakensberg and Lesotho on Saturday.
Very rough seas with wave heights from 4 to 6m expected between Cape Columbine and Plettenberg Bay Friday and Saturday.

Partly cloudy and cool.

MPUMALANGA
Cold in the highveld and in places on the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but warm in the lowveld.
LIMPOPO
Partly cloudy and cool but warn in places in the Limpopo Valley.
NORTH WEST
Fine and cool, becoming partly cloudy.
FREE STATE
Fine and cool, becoming partly cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme south.
NORTHERN CAPE
Fine and cool but cold in south where it will become partly cloudy.
