Soccer lovers will feel the heat in winter when the Push and Pass LFA Winter Games launch at LaRover Lifestyle, Tsakani, on May 25.
The Brakpan Local Football Club Association (BLFA) chairperson, Charles Mokoena, is the tournament co-ordinator along with Venus Mmetle.
The teams participating are in any Local Football Association (LFA). They will use their MYSAFA card and the U19 rule will apply.
The tournament will feature 24 teams vying for the ultimate prize. Details about the fixtures and prize money will be shared at the launch.
All the games will be hosted at soccer fields in Tsakani.
To participate in the tournament, an affiliation fee must be paid:
Super League teams – R2 000
- U17 – R1 500
- U15 – R 1000
- U13 – R500
- U11 – R250
