Garlic chilli lamb chops marinade

Garlic chilli lamb chops marinade is a delicious and spicy recipe that takes lamb chops to a whole new level.

This dish is perfect for those who love the combination of heat and bold flavours. The garlic adds a pungent kick to the dish, while the chilli flakes give it a fiery heat that will warm your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic with chillies
  • 11/4 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 11/2 tsp Funky Ouma Chilli Spice
  • 10 lamb chops

Method

  1. For the marinade, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, oregano, rosemary, garlic, salt, Ground Black Pepper and the Funky Ouma Chilli Spice together.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade and transfer it into a zip seal bag, turning to coat.
  3. Let all the air out of the bag and seal the bag. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Braai or grill the lamb chops.
