South Africans commemorates Human Rights Day on March 21. We asked residents if they know their rights and whether they are being respected.
Ntombifuthi Mataboge (Wattville): I have a right to safety but in Wattville there's no police station. Yes, there's one in Actonville but it's far, especially for people who live in Tambo and Emandleni. Our community is also underdeveloped. There still are people who live in shacks and are without water and electricity.
