Slated to launch sometime in 2021, the new Q5 Sportback is equipped with better tech as well as a coupe-like design cue. On the outside, it comes with similar design cues as that we have seen in the refreshed Q5 in June, however, to live up to its Sportback name, the rear is more sloppy.

The front-end comes fitted with a reworked front-end that incorporates new intakes, sharper headlights with a new lighting signature.

There are new OLED rear lights.

The Q5 is powered by a four-cylinder and six-cylinder engines for the European market. The base models will be powered by a single mild-hybrid TDI and TFSI engine options with 120 kW and 150 kW respectively.

The 45 TFSI churns out 195 kW and 370 Nm of torque and reports state that a 40 TDI with 150 kW as well as a 50 TDI 3.0 V6 with 210 kW will later join the line-up.
