The Ruby Revelation Wine Cocktail

Add a pop of colour to your cocktail game with The Ruby Revelation Wine Cocktail made with tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and a splash of cranberry juice, topped with Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir.

Ingredients

• 90 ml Tequila
• 90 ml ruby grapefruit juice
• 60 ml Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
• 30 ml simple syrup
• Splash of cranberry juice

Method

1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add tequila, grapefruit juice and simple syrup.
3. Shake and strain into chilled glasses filled with ice cubes.
4. Top with cranberry juice and then sparkling wine.
5. Serve chilled.
