“Due to an internal misunderstanding some waste removal trucks started the usual Friday removal round today, in contrast to the arrangements made. The Municipality apologise for this,” says a spokesperson.

Residents whose refuse removal is usually done on a Friday and was skipped must please put out their bins on Saturday, 11 April for removal.

The municipality says the refuse removal schedule for Monday, 13 April, has not changed and the rubbish in areas where it is usually picked up on Mondays will be removed as always.
