According to the spokesperson of the ER24 ambulance service the man, believed to be in his 40s, sustained fatal injuries following a collision this afternoon.

“When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 16:00, they found local authorities already in attendance. Upon further assessment, they found a man, still seated in the driver seat, who had sustained critical injuries.

Paramedics immediately initiated advanced life support interventions, but unfortunately, a short while later, the man succumbed to his multiple injuries.

The man was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
