Khutsong artist honoured at Merafong City Music Awards after 20-year Hip Hop journey

After over two decades of dedication to his craft, hip hop artist Vibration Taylor was finally recognised for his contribution to the local music and entertainment industry at the recent Merafong City Music Awards. The event, held at the Banquet Hall in the Carletonville Civic Centre, honoured outstanding local artists across genres, leaving the community buzzing with pride.
The awards ceremony, organised by Rose Promotions and led by Apostle Rose Nakedi, was a heartfelt celebration of talent, perseverance, and community spirit. Vibration Taylor, a passionate and hardworking artist, was personally invited to attend the event, where he received a token of appreciation for his role in shaping Merafong’s music scene.
“It feels amazing to be finally recognised,” Taylor said. “I want to thank the Almighty Lord for blessing me with the gift and ability to make music.”

Now more confident than ever, Taylor is focused on the future. He revealed plans to release new music, shoot a music video, and further promote his brand across online platforms.
