Man shot and killed in Carletonville armed robbery

These killers show that a human life is not worth much to them.

A man from Carletonville was killed while walking from a tavern in the CBD.

While walking through Iridium Street at 03:00 on November 3, the 32-year-old victim and his girlfriend were ambushed by three thugs.

The man started fighting with the attackers when one of them pulled out a firearm.

The victim was shot in his chest and left upper arm.

The suspects grabbed the victim’s sports bag, the couple’s money, and their cellphones before running away.

Although the girlfriend called for help, her boyfriend died at the scene due to the severity of his injuries.

The police in Carletonville are investigating a case of murder and armed robbery following the incident.
