Mother confronts armed robber in Carletonville home
Luckily the mother and her children were not injured.
A mother had a harrowing experience when she discovered a house robber in her home this week.
The incident took place on November 27 in Dolomite Street.
The mother of two small daughters left the room that they rented to go and fetch water at approximately 20:40. She left the door unlocked as she did not plan to take long.
When the mother returned she, however, saw an unknown man in her room.
He was already carrying her 40-inch television set and pointed a firearm at her.
“Stay quiet,” the thug ordered the woman and her eldest daughter.
He then ran away with the television set.
The police in Carletonville are investigating a house robbery.
