Two-year-old dies in freak accident

A two-year-old little girl sustained severe head injuries and died after a taxi reversed while she was playing
behind it at a house in Khutsong Ext. 5. According to Mr Gerrit Bradnick from Gladiator Distress Alert, the Gladiator
team was called to the scene to rush the child to hospital but, due to the seriousness of the injury, the ER24 helicopter had to airlift her to a hospital in Rustenburg, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
