Changing the world of others
Sabeehah attends singing lessons every Saturday and volunteers at an orphanage called Foundation of Love.

SABEEHAH Tagari (17) from the South wants to make a difference in her community, especially in the well-being of the youth.
This Grade 12 learner from Hoërskool President High School is a model at Figures Glenvista. She loves modelling and acting.
“I was born and raised in Lenasia and moved to the South with my parents when I was six. Since a very young age, I have been taking part in television commercials and have also acted in a film called Kite with Samuel L Jackson while I completed my Grade Six at Winchester Ridge Primary School.
“Ever since I knew acting was my passion and I hoped one day I would pursue a career in that field,” she said.
Healing wounds
Sabeehah attends singing lessons every Saturday and volunteers at an orphanage called Foundation of Love.
“The children at the orphanage inspire me to be better and appreciate all the things I used to take for granted. I was shocked to see how difficult it was and still is to get the community involved to raise funds for school fees and to get people to donate towards the orphanage,” she explained.
That’s when she chose to enter Miss Teen Commonwealth South Africa, so she can inspire teenagers and the youth and show them that when you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
“Through the pageant, I hope to make a difference in my community and help those in need. I am passionate about children and the youth and I challenge our community to get involved and help in making a difference.
“I truly believe a kind gesture and compassion can heal a wound.
“I live by the motto, imagine, believe, achieve, and this has brought me to where I am today. To all the young dreamers, seize every opportunity and make the most of it. You can be anything you dream of becoming, if you just believe,” she said.
