Mr and Miss Albies winners announced
Laerskool Generaal Alberts Primary School hosted their annual pageant, Mr and Miss Albies, with the theme for the event 'Decades'.
The school hall looked amazing. Upon entrance, it literally felt like stepping into the past. Everybody had a wonderful time and enjoyed upbeat music through the decades.
The results were as follows:
• Junior winners boys: Mr Albies Joshua Menezes, first prince Puso Sethogo and second prince Malakai Vlooh.
• Junior winners girls: Miss Albies Raedon Kotze, first princess Karlie Basson and second princess Amahle Ngwenya.
• Senior winners boys: Mr Albies Sangenkosi Qekele, first prince Connor Lategan and second prince Preston Balthazar.
•Senior winner girls: Miss Albies Samantha Kayuma, first princess Amy-Leigh Engelbrecht and second princess Thabile Mahlangu.
• Best dressed winners: Grade R Lenhle Raadt, Grade One Enzo Vermeulen, Grade Two Kiara Schenkenberg, Grade Three Hunter van der Westhuizen, Grade Four Basetsana Sathekgo, Grade Five Jacob Beech, Grade Six Marvel Kayuma and Grade Seven Kendra Basson.
