Court postpones Forest Hill murder case
The late coming of social workers delayed sentencing in the Forest Hill murder case.

Magistrate Habib postponed Kleave van Staden’s murder case at Booysens Magistrate’s Court to October 8.
It was postponed on August 29 because of some technicalities; firstly, it was because the social workers were late to arrive at court and because other trials were sitting at the same court.
Van Staden was found guilty of murdering his wife Jamillah on June 7.
