A dramatic high-speed chase unfolded on the N12 after a vehicle reported stolen in Boksburg was tracked heading towards the Comaro Street off-ramp on April 15.
According to reports from Fox Security, members of Tracker successfully located the stolen vehicle and initiated pursuit.
The chase intensified along the busy highway before the vehicle was eventually brought to a stop near the Comaro off-ramp.
In a daring escape, the suspect abandoned the stolen vehicle and fled the scene by jumping into a waiting getaway car, evading arrest.
Despite the suspect’s escape, the operation led to the successful recovery of the stolen vehicle.
Fox Security commended the swift response and coordination of tracker members, highlighting the crucial role of technology and rapid action in combating vehicle-related crime.
