Senior citizens blessed with winter medical packs and treats
“A special thank you to all volunteers and sponsors for helping make the event possible for our seniors,” noted Uncle Baboo.
Uncle Baboo and Crew collaborated with Baitul Ilm Academy to host an Open Day for the senior citizens in the south on June 22.
Three dhegs of mutton akhni were prepared and served, along with tea, cold drinks and treats. The citizens were given a winter medical pack to help them through the cold months.
The seniors were entertained by Abdul Manack with his vibrant MC skills.
Uncle Baboo would like to extend his personal thank you to Naeema Cassim from Baitul Ilm and her team, who worked tirelessly from Friday to make this even possible.
