Al Ansaar brings iconic festival spirit to Johannesburg with Lakewood Launch

The inaugural festival promises a vibrant blend of social impact, family fun and cultural expression.

Al Ansaar, one of South Africa’s most respected NPOs with a 34-year legacy of service, will launch the Al Ansaar Lakewood Festival, which will take place from October 2 to 6 at the Lakewood Conference Centre in Ormonde.

Known nationally for its impactful community programmes and its flagship annual event, the Durban Al Ansaar Souk, which draws over 100 000 visitors, Al Ansaar is now bringing that same energy, excellence and spirit of unity and upliftment to Johannesburg.
