New Breed Generation fundraiser aims to send children to leadership camp

R300 entry includes T-shirt, refreshments and a chance to walk for change.

Community members are being called to lace up their walking shoes for a cause, as New Breed Generation prepares to host its Pace for Purpose Charity Walk on July 18.

The event will run from 06:30 to 11:00 am at Kliprivier Nature Reserve and is dedicated to raising funds for children in Joburg south to attend a leadership camp through New Breed Generation’s youth development initiatives.

The event will be fun and inspiring. The morning walk will combine fitness with impact.

Participants can expect refreshments, an exciting program and an exclusive event T-shirt to take home.

Pace for Purpose registration is open to all ages. Tickets are priced at R300 for participants 13 years and older, and R150 for children under 13.

Each entry includes R100 worth of refreshments, a R100 T-shirt, and a R100 donation to a charity that directly funds a child’s spot at the leadership camp.
