Entertain at home: De Toren’s Asian-style marinated yellowtail

Impress your guests by serving this delightful starter. The lightness of the wine is in harmony with the delicate fish, which also happens to be green-listed by SASSI.

Serves 4 as a starter

You’ll need: 2 Tbsp Fish sauce; 3 Tbsp Soy sauce; 2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar; 2 Tbsp Sesame oil; salt & pepper to taste; ½ Yellowtail fillet, sliced.

How to:

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the Yellowtail for two minutes before serving. Serve with fresh greens like shaved fennel, broccoli, radish, shaved carrots, or samphire.
