Ocean Basket relocates to Modimall

The same great taste, but at a new venue in Modimolle.

Ocean Basket, everyone’s favorite seafood restaurant, will open its doors at the ModiMall on Saturday 11 November.

A fun plate-breaking ceremony in Ocean Basket tradition, will replace the ribbon-cutting at the opening event at 18:00. It will be attended by the mayor of the Modimolle-Mookgophong Municipality, Sechele Sebolai, as well as Andrew Dipela from Limpopo Tourism. The artist Lungelo will keep everyone entertained.

Not only does the seafood restaurant boast a brand-new venue, but it also has a handy new telephone application. Residents in Modimolle who are extremely hungry or just feeling peckish can now order via the app and have their food delivered to their door.

Directions to the new venue.

Every Wednesday and Sunday are Pensioners’ Day at Ocean Basket where those older than sixty years of age get a discount on their meals.

The restaurant is also giving learners from local schools the opportunity to shadow their waiters for an evening to use as a fundraiser. Learners from Modimolle Christian Academy already tried their hands successfully at being waiters for an evening.

Be on the lookout for their monthly specials, where you can win after posting a selfie on Facebook.

Ocean Basket has so much to be excited about. Their Lunch Box options offer something for everyone who forgot to pack lunch or those whose taste buds will only suffice with an excellent meal rather than boring sandwiches. This mix-and-match option is sure to be a winner.

The restaurant can be contacted via Whatsapp on tel. 063 687 0736 or visit their Facebook page: Ocean Basket (Modimolle).
