Both my husband and I are very fortunate and privileged to have had Dr Roelof Coertze as our medical practitioner for the past 16 years.
We wish to thank him for excellent medical services, consideration and support during this time.
He has not only been a caring medical practitioner, but also a special friend.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Ambulance Service for their prompt and professional support when my husband was taken to the Phodi Clinic (previously known as St Vincent’s hospital) a few weeks ago.
Sincere thanks also to the staff of Phodi Clinic for the excellent care he received there.
