  • Your telephone number plus a friend or neighbour’s
  • Your vet’s details
  • A 24-hour emergency vet number
  • Animal poison control contact
  • Medications and dosages
  • Medical records
  • Pet insurance details
  • Microchip records


Remember to check expiry dates

  • Antiseptic cleanser
  • A wound ointment
  • Anti-itch cream
  • Antihistamine (ask your vet to recommend one)
  • Calming medication for thunderstorms and fireworks
  • Saline eye solution
  • Ear cleanser
  • Charcoal powder for diarrhea or poisoning 
  • Styptic powder
  • Self-stick bandage tape
