EDEN PARK – Many high school learners can be seen roaming the streets and standing around shops on a daily basis. Many arrive late for school and for others, absenteeism is the norm.
Earlier this year, about five hundred parents were summoned to the school to answer on behalf of their children. Many parents signed agreements to see that their children are on time to start daily school activities and lessons.
