Katlehong gender based-violence campaign in pictures
The theatre piece depicts many women's abuse in South Africa.
On March 16, Vosloorus-based NPO Phinda-Mzala Entertainment Project (PMEP) hosted a GBV awareness campaign at Tamaho Learning Centre at Mandela Section, Katlehong.
The event was attended by community members and GBV victims and survivors. A few of them were brave enough to share their stories.
PMEP dance and theatre performers took the stage to perform a moving theatre and dance-infused piece that left the crowd touched.
