
This week has been very busy for celebrities both local and abroad.
Let’s start the list off with the local Idol’s judge, Gareth Cliff. This week marked the start of the court case involving Mnet firing Cliff after he weighed in on the Penny Sparrow saga. Cliff’s legal representatives are demanding his reinstatement, to repair the reputational damage his dismissal has caused. Cliff was found not guilty of racism.
Pearl Thusi and Phat Joe, Metro FM DJs, were suspended from their Saturday radio spots due to comments made about Bonang Matheba.
Mark Ruffalo made headlines this week after he lost his phone and took to Twitter asking fans to help find his property. Less than an hour after making his appeal, the actor was reunited with his phone. Ruffalo shared a picture of himself with two young girls (part of the family who had found his missing items) on his Twitter profile.

The cast of “Friends”, sans Matthew Perry, who is working in the UK, reunited at an event honouring TV director James Burrows.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are reportedly back together. Last week Cyrus moved into her former beau’s home with her dogs. The pair are allegedly re-engaged.
Speaking of relationships, Rob Kardashian is said to be dating his younger sister, Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend’s ex, Blac Chyna. Sources close to Jenner have said the reality star “is livid” over the news.
