Four new laptops for Winnie Mandela Secondary School

On April 25, Pakisa Holdings donated four laptops to Winnie Mandela Secondary School.

The local organisation’s goal is to foster student greatness through the advancement of digital knowledge and skills.
“The Winnie Mandela Secondary School is appreciative of the gift,” said principal Eddie Kekana.
“These laptops will be a part of the school’s dedication to initiatives for educational development as well as to assisting in preparing and supporting young people for a digital future.

“Learning is enhanced in a variety of disciplines when laptops are used in the classroom. Laptops can be used to access online learning services, communicate with teachers, and submit classwork.
“However, they are also better for writing papers and creating presentations.
“Our students who have access to laptops can do more than just take online classes.
“They can participate in extracurricular activities while being safe in classrooms and developing better time management skills.
“Another crucial component is completing assignments on time and using the internet to create notes.
“This will really benefit our students, and we are very appreciative for the laptops. We also pray for good fortune for the sponsors so they can continue to help others,” said Kekana.
