The 29-year-old wife and mother of a boy Moteo, needs votes to earn a place in the top 20 before the voting deadline on April 12.
Pumeza says she entered the pageant solely to inspire women in all walks of life, and empower them in becoming successful.
This is a platform to showcase positive transformation amongst all married women in the country balance family life with work and community service,” the beauty queen says.
Phumeza has a diploma in labour relations, and is studying towards a bachelor degree through UNISA. She works as a human resource manager at Walters Engineering.
The Mrs South Africa beauty pageant is specifically for successful business women, mothers and wives between the ages of 25-50.
The winners are also afforded the opportunity to represent SA on a global platform in pageants like Mrs World, Mrs Universe and Mrs Globe. The Mrs South Africa Pageant proudly supports CANSA.
