Wilkinson said men and women need to be equally vulnerable. “Men and women are created differently, and its beautiful deference that we need to embrace.

The key is to start grooming men from a young age. The more adult men become vulnerable, the more they will be confident to open up. By so doing, we will address how we all play a role in helping build a healthy masculinity in our communities.”

He said men are meant to be warriors and lovers at the same time, but should not shy away from being sensitive and soft.
