United Warriors shotstopper, Mushi Mahladisa, gets the African Pride golden glove
Despite the Warriors facing heartbreak in the final against Ay’funiwena in which they conceded two goals, Mahladisa's performances remained commendable and earned him the tournament's top accolade.
United Warriors goalkeeper Mushi Mahladisa was named Goalkeeper of the Tournament at the African Pride Games held in Rabie Ridge Stadium.

Mahladisa played four games, keeping three clean sheets, against Tembisa Red Devils, Team of Choice, and Mbidzo. He conceding just two goals in the final when Warriors lost 0–2 to newly African Pride Games champs Ay’funiwena.
This period has been nothing short of spectacular for Mahladisa, who made a notable return to United Warriors in October after being sidelined since December 2022. His return has invigorated the team, and his outstanding performances have been a source of inspiration for both himself and his teammates.

Speaking about his award, Mahladisa shared, “I am happy that I got this award. It shows that I have something and I can compete at a high level. I am just sad that we did not get to win the tournament because that is what we were working towards. But for me, this will be motivation to keep working hard, and working for this team.”
United Warriors congratulated Mahadisa on this award and the whole team for making it to the final of the African Pride Games.
