Maboneng has not only undergone a holistic revival but has also become a shining example of strength in Africa’s most economically prosperous city, Johannesburg, City Buzz reports.
The neighborhood has been voted by travel guidebook publisher, Lonely Planet, as one of the best neighborhoods to visit in Joburg for 2018.
“This once-gritty neighborhood in Johannesburg has reinvented itself, with cool coffee shops, cultural spaces and a vibrant street-art scene,” Lonely Planet said about Maboneng.
