No arrests after KZN stabbing
A man has been seriously injured after he was stabbed at Mtwalume beach, KwaZulu-Natal.
It was alleged a couple was enjoying a walk when they were held up by armed robbers yesterday. The man was stabbed multiple times, but his female companion was unharmed, South Coast Heraldreported.
Netcare 911 paramedics reportedly found the injured man in a serious condition.
The unidentified man was treated on the scene before he was taken to hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
In a separate incident, a man was stabbed during a house robbery in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal, last month.
The robbers had held the victim at knife point and stabbed him in the back before fleeing with his car keys and cellphones, said police.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital by KZN Emergency Medical Services paramedics for further medical attention.
No arrests have been made.
