#Letter: Sub-par electrical work blamed for persistent outages

Please refer to the photo of an electrical connection in Chief Albert Luthuli Street in KwaDukuza.

Note that this not an illegal connection but a KwaDukuza municipality installation from one electrical box to another.

This “work” was carried out a few months ago to remedy an existing problem.

Of late, we have been experiencing power failures due to this shoddy and shocking workmanship.
