Child Welfare invites community to their fun run/walk

CHILD Welfare will be holding their annual Fun run/walk on November 26.

The day will be dedicated to promoting awareness of the 16 Days of Activism against abuse, which runs from November 25 to December 10.

The start and finish will be at Freedom Family Market – 15 Nyala Drive and the entry fee will be R15.00

Everyone is welcome to bring banners or posters along showing their support against gender violence and child abuse.

All members of the family, young and old, are invited to show their support.

Child Welfare is also currently busy with The Santa Shoe Box project. Anyone who is interested in doing up a gift box is requested to contact Child Welfare as soon as possible as this is such a blessing to the children who receive them.

Child Welfare also plans a number of Christmas Parties this time of year, and if anyone would like to assist with sweets, cool drinks, biscuits and chips, they would really appreciate the assistance.
