Update: Roads open after protest

The R103 between Estcourt and Mooi River and the road between Estcourt and Weenen have now been opened.

Community members blocked the road with rocks and stones while staging a protest for better service delivery.

Police and RTI officers were on scene.

These routes are now open to traffic.
