Energy healer determined to heal others who need help
Through the years as a practising energy healer, Coleman claimed he believed he was born with his unique gift.
The path to healing can take on various guises, some of which could be viewed as mystical. However, for Peter Coleman, there is nothing supernatural or mystical about his healing abilities.
“I am an energy healer and I see my healing as mechanism, which I can only describe as love.”
Coleman explained everyone had an aura, which is an energy force, and it was through this energy force that some people had the ability to heal others by focusing the energy flow through their hands, to the problematic areas within a person.
“Everybody has the ability, but some people such as myself, can focus it better where we can remove blockages and improve people’s health.”
Coleman used his ability to help people in their daily lives and is a member of the Natural Healers Association.
Through the years as a practising energy healer, Coleman claimed he believed he was born with his unique gift.
“Looking back, I’ve always been a healer. I used to feel people’s pain and at first I thought I was very empathetic.”
“As a child I was sick a lot, which was because I was absorbing others’ illnesses and healing them involuntarily. I also experienced a lot of pain which wasn’t mine.”
Coleman explained he learned to focus his gift, harnessing his powers to alleviate the pain of others, but in order to help others, he would need a person’s permission.
“Everyone has a God-given right to do with their body as they choose. I can also not convert a person to my belief system,” Coleman explained.
This was because he believed as a healer, he was there to help others and not change their religious or cultural beliefs.
Coleman was not the only person in his household with a unique ability, as his wife had the gift to do spirit cross overs and communicate with the dead.
“My wife also has healing capabilities to a certain degrees and I feel our gifts compliment each other.”
Through their talents, which Coleman believes came from above, he believed a positive contribution could be made in people’s lives.
