What’s for dinner? Creamy butter chicken pasta

A quick and easy pasta that is bursting with flavour. Dinner is served in under an hour.

Serves 4

You’ll need: 500g chicken strips; 1 packet Royco Butter Chicken Cook-in Sauce; 500g cooked penne pasta; 1 can coconut cream; 1 chopped onion; ½ teaspoon crushed garlic; ½ teaspoon crushed ginger; 15ml olive oil; fresh coriander.

How to: 

Fry ginger, garlic and onion until brown.

Add the chicken and stir it every five minutes.

Pour in the Royco Cook-in Sauce and the coconut cream.

Pour in the pasta and just let it simmer for five minutes.

Garnish with the coriander.
