Pretorians can breathe a sigh of relief as the cold front expected to hit western parts of the country, will not affect the Jacaranda city at the weekend.
According to the SA weather service, Pretoria can expect to be quite hot, with no chance of rain.
“We do however have an alert out for an increase in fire risks on Thursday, as slight winds can be expected from the western parts of the country. People need to take precautions as the dry, hot and windy weather can increase fire risks across the city,” says Venichia Phakula, forecaster at the weather service.
