Secunda parkrun is his 23rd venue.
According to Ngcamphala, the toughest route was that of the Valley of a 1000 hills and the most scenic is definitely the botanical gardens in Pretoria.
“I came to visit a cousin for Easter and I am excited to take on Secunda’s route,” he said before the run on Saturday.
Ngcamphala finished the route in a time of 41:02.
