Eyewitnesses sought after motorcycle accident
Red Corsa bakkie drives off after causing accident.
Phillip Kuhn was driving on his black BMW F800GS last Friday (20 June) on Christiaan de Wet Road when a red Opel Corsa bakkie knocked him off his motorcycle.
Kuhn was travelling towards Hendrik Potgieter Road at approximately 6.30pm when the accident took place. According to Kuhn, who lost consciousness for a short while, he has little recollection of what had happened, blaming it on the shock and the fact that it was already dark and he could not see much.
A woman, Debra Smit, did witness the accident and afterwards handed him a piece of paper with her telephone number on it, but when he called it the number was incorrect.
Kuhn now appeals to the public to contact him if anyone has witnessed the accident. He also asked that Smit should contact him. Kuhn can be reached on 079 495 1131.
